The best Branch in Washington state with awesome Managers, Teresa Wheat and Robin Davis. They always have time for me. Very nice, helpful and professional. I really appreciate their business.

I do not bank at this location but had to conduct business specific to this location. If you are an individual who does not have computer access you can forget conducting business with this location. Using a telephone is useless as the caller is advised associates are busy and to go online to schedule an appointment. If you just walk into the location as most people do when business needs occur; you will experience long wait times, until appointments have been satisfied first in other words no computer no service!

My wife went to make some changes on her account and they told her that she needed to make an appointment. She was just able to get the changes done that day but when there are literally three available tellers not helping anyone and you are told that you have to make an appointment to get service, not a great bank.

Don't bank at this branch! I won't be after today. EVER. Very disappointed and angry with their horrible customer service this afternoon and I have been a B of A customer for almost 20 years. Made an appointment and tried to close my brothers payee account in June due to his death. Was told by the personal banker (Robin) that I wouldn't be able to close the account until I brought in a death certificate and S.S. had taken their money back. Reported his death and to them and left the account with a positive balance. Robin informed me that if any fees were charged they would be reimbursed when I was able to close the account. She literally said "don't worry, we'll take care of it, if they charge you any fees." All understandable and I trusted her. Received the death certificate this week. During the 2 months while I was waiting for the death certificate (yes, it took longer then most to get it because the police did a full death investigation and autopsy to determine cause of death) my brother's account was converted from a free checking account to an account with charges since he no longer had direct deposit. His account was now in the negative BUT only for the fees charged by B of A. I wasn't worried about it since Robin assured me they would remove them when I brought in the death certificate. Made an appointment for 12pm and had to rearranged my schedule so I could be on time. Robin was 15 mins late and didn't walk in until I had been almost waiting 20 mins. Finally gave her the death certificate which she made copies of and then she started looking into his account. Then she tells me she can't do anything about the fees because the computer won't let her. Really?? After I did exactly what she told me to do now she can't remove the fees that never should have been charged in the 1st place?? What's the point in meeting with a personal banker if they don't have the power to do what they promised? After leaving in tears it took me an hour on the phone with a customer service rep then a supervisor to get the fees refunded and the account closed. It's bad enough fighting with a bank over any fees, not to mention embarrassing but when it's due to someone's death is just SAD. What a waste of time and emotion. Horrible. I won't bank at the Camas location anymore and I'll most likely be leaving Bank of American all together.

Mildrid was very RUDE. I understand policies and having to follow them. However, I recently had my person stolen again and therefore did not have an I.D. or debit card to make a cash deposit into my account. It was already a really frustrating situation since I had to go through the process of getting all of my cards situated again. But when I went to make a cash deposit I had my expired I.D. (luckily I saved), my account number, my mobile banking, and could verify in every way possible. I ordered my replacement I.D. online which had no picture and literally just said "temporary license" at the top. I have to wait for my debit card and new i.d. to come in the mail.. so at this point I don't have much to work with. She comes back and says, "I can not make this deposit because your I.d. is expired." I let her know that it was all I have because my purse was recently stolen and that they had let me do a deposit before. (Mind you, I am only making a $200 deposit) She said, "No they didn't. That is not possible." I was a little shocked that she is basically calling me a liar.. but replied "Yes I have at this branch." and she said "Well, it's not happening today." then put my cash down with my expired i.d. and said "Make sure you count it before you leave" and walked away. I was literally in shock. I have had Bank of America for roughly 11 years. My co-worker that was with me was just as shocked at how rude the lady was and stated how thankful she was that she does not bank with Bank of America. I called customer service and talked to a manager and found that it was not against bank policy given my circumstances to help me make a deposit. I was able to go to another branch and make the deposit who not only helped me but actually greeted me with a smile when I came into their bank. I will continue to post on social media, am looking to move my accounts and will continue to file complaints against this branch because this unacceptable. There is a way to talk to your customers and that was not it.
