I took my car in to have diagnostics done they did find the problem it took them to days and I was told it would cost 85 only well it happened to be the gas pump relay and they didn't even call me to ask to replace the part they just did it and charged me 379.00. labor at 80 per hour and the part was a plug in under the dash. I'm pissed because they did the repairs unauthorized and backed me into a corner they knew they could get away with it they saw me as just another women! They are not to be trusted. Beware!! Oh and I tried talking to the owner and Ben that works the font desk is a lier and so is Dan the owner. He didn't even try to make the situation right for me.

Horrible experience. Replaced an alternator for $400.00 that went bad 2 months later. Told me it wasn’t their fault for buying me a defective alternator, so they charged me another $200.00 in Labor to replace it. Don’t pay any attention to their “12 month warranty on all work” statement on their web page because it’s not true. I will never go back to this shop and I will strongly discourage ANYONE going to this place because they do not stand behind their work.
